Meal Planning 101

It's no secret that I am passionate about meal planning and the routine, health and sanity that it affords my family.


I'm excited to say I am co-hosting a 2 part workshop with Kellie Willie, Registered Nurse and Certified Exercise Physiologist of https://fityourlifefitness.ca/ .

When: September 25 & October 16, 2022

Where: Via zoom. Join from the comfort of your home. Insert sweatpant joke here.

What: Part 1: Susan will teach you to effectively meal plan while maximizing nutrition and giving yourself grace

Part 2: We will discuss, share and brainstorm our wins, hurdles and ideas, as well as enjoy a glorious movement session
